Zuppa di Farro e Ceci

Every time I make this soup (which is often) it’s different from the time before. Sometimes I add diced, pancetta, sometimes I leave out the tomato. There’s a version in Everyday Italian that is loaded with celery hearts and leaves. This is the version that emerged from the pot when I made it for dinner the other night.
